- Show property to prospective tenants
- Once a potential tenant has completed an application, we verify their employment, check previous landlord references, perform a criminal background records search, an eviction records search, and research credit profiles.
- We review tenant qualifications with you prior to assigning the home to a tenant.
- Execute lease and other associated documents.
- Collect rent from tenants on a monthly basis.
- Do quarterly and/or semiannually walk through of property.
- Provide property owner with monthly and/or quarterly rental income disbursements, management reports, and year-end tax forms. Direct deposit service is offered free of charge.
- 24/7 accessibility regarding property repairs, both emergency and scheduled.
- Perform Move In and Move Out inspections.
- If necessary, we utilize the services of an experienced attorney to handle the eviction process from start to finish.
Note: We are licensed General Contractors and Home Inspectors in NC. Therefore, minor repairs are are done by us in order to save you expensive “handyman” charges.
